In the event that you are unable to attend, we require 48 hours notice or a cancellation fee of $150 will apply to recuperate our costs

POLICY AND FEES

  • Cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment with 48 hours or more notification – no charge ($0)

  • Cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment less than 48 hours- Fee of $150

  •  In the event of a rescheduling of your appointment to within 2 weeks (14 calendar days) of your cancelled appointment, your cancellation fee will  be deducted from your total bill

DEFINITION

“Broken Appointment” A broken appointment is when you cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 48 hour notice or fail to attended your scheduled appointment

FAILURE TO PAY THE CANCELLATION FEE

In the event you fail to pay the cancellation fee within 2 weeks of issuing the invoice, legal action will proceed and your account will be forwarded to the debt collectors to recuperate costs. This may have an adverse effect on your credit rating.
